Body Type Analysis

According to Ayurveda, each one of us has a unique body constitution, therefore our health prescription is unique to us. To remain healthy and fit, you need to eat certain foods that are healthy and beneficial to your body, and avoid certain foods that may cause you harm. Your exercise routine must also be suitable for your body type. Your body constitution determines your body, your personality, and even how you socialize with other people, and how you face each situation in your life. 

The proportion of doshas varies according to each individual and sometimes one or two doshas predominate. Different foods, colors, tastes, and sounds affect the doshas in different ways.

 Balance and harmony within these tridoshas are essential for a healthy life. They govern all metabolic activities. When the tridoshas are balanced, we experience physical and psychological wellness. And if they are imbalanced, we may feel uneasy and our body may start to show signs or symptoms.

But we tend to eat and live in a way that is not suitable for our body’s constitution. This leads to imbalances in our tridoshas which in turn creates various disorders in our body.
