Filter it using cotton pads once it is cold. You can use this cold solution in an eye bath cup for 5 minutes. You might slightly feel a burning sensation initially, but not for a long time. It will clear out the eyes making them cool and comfortable. It is really effective for dry and red eyes.  

Head massage

A slight massage on the head can bring a cathartic effect to the eyes. The muscles are relaxed for keeping visual acuity and boosting tear glands. You can also use coconut oil or any other medicated oil to achieve desired effects.

Palming on the eye

Rub the palms of your hands together for like 10-20 seconds and cup your hands on the eyes which can warm the eyes from the strain. Do it repeatedly for some time until you feel relaxed, especially while working with constant observation on screens.  

Yoga 

Did you know that yoga can play a vital role in improving eyesight? Some of the asanas that can be beneficial for eye health are Chakrasana, Halasana, Shirshasana, etc. 

Trataka Meditation

Meditation has an array of benefits in maintaining good vision. An ayurvedic way of treating this is by gazing meditation which is called Trataka. It is practiced by intently gazing at a point until the tears are shed. This method can bring an invigorating effect on the mind and boosts concentration. This is one of the shat kriyas or six cleansing methods that is defined in Hatha yoga which can aid in healing and cleansing of the eyes.
